To ensure you are dealing with the genuine authorised firm, please be advised of the following:

• Verified Register Status: We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Our credentials can be verified on the Financial Services Register under FRN: 931901.
• The financial services industry is currently seeing a rise in “Firm Cloning.” This is a sophisticated scam where fraudsters use the names, Firm Reference Numbers (FRNs), and addresses of genuine authorised firms to give a veneer of legitimacy to their scams.
• At Later Life Wealth Management, we take proactive measures to protect our clients and the public from these criminal activities.
• Furthermore, we always explicitly state our firm provides paid for professional services relating to regulated independent financial advice, recommendation(s) and implementation of arrangements. It is not a free advice service.

Action you can take:

• If you are approached by anyone claiming to represent Later Life Wealth Management (FCA FRN 931901) and you feel the contact is suspicious, please do not engage. Instead:
• Terminate the contact immediately.
• Verify the firm by calling our official principal office number listed on the FCA Register.
• Consult the FCA Warning List to see a list of known clones and unauthorised firms.
